All costs are inclusive of travel.

NDIS Appointments (Ranges from 30-90 mins)
- $166.99 per hour.
Involves: medical and injury history, a holistic view of your life, physical activity history, assessment for function and capacity, ongoing exercise prescription and planning, and goal setting.

Initial Consultation
- $130 for 50 mins
Involves: medical and injury history, a holistic view of your life, physical activity history, assessment for function and capacity, and a letter to your referer.

Review Consultation
- $105 for 40 mins
- $80 for 30 mins
Exercise sessions or reviews of progress and adherence to physical activity and/or lifestyle changes may include changes or progressions to programs and/or activities for lifestyle modification.
