All costs are inclusive of travel.

NDIS Appointments (Ranges from 30-90 mins)
- $166.99 per hour.
Involves: medical and injury history, a holistic view of your life, physical activity history, assessment for function and capacity, ongoing exercise prescription and planning, and goal setting.

Initial Consultation Or Extended appointment
- 60 mins. $120 for initial.
Involves: medical and injury history, a holistic view of your life, physical activity history, assessment for function and capacity, and a letter to your referer.

Review Consultation or shorter initial consultation for one or two concerns
- $95 for 45 mins

If a review consultation: exercise session or review of progress and adherence to physical activity and/or lifestyle changes, may include changes or progressions to programs and/or activities for lifestyle modification.

- $70 for 30 mins
