Townsville's Exercise Physiologist and Online Coach

Hi, I'm Aric!

(Eric with an "A")

I am an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Exercise Scientist who graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Clinical) in 2019 at James Cook University.

I am a Burdekin boy at heart, having grown up around the town of Giru and completed high school in the Burdekin. My love of exercise and physical activity grew from being involved in various sports throughout my teenage years and into adulthood. I saw myself rehabbing three groin/hamstring strains (tears) to return to sport. Having this firsthand experience can be valuable in understanding the rehab process.

I am highly motivated and enthusiastic. I enjoy a holistic approach in consultation, with a focus on understanding each client in all aspects of their life and providing lifestyle modifications and exercise prescriptions to enhance health outcomes. I am passionate about helping patients realise their potential and guiding them to achieve their goals.

I have worked in a variety of settings in the Townsville region, including with a non-profit organisation that did community outreach and in the veteran health space.

Now, as a sole trader, I would like to provide exercise physiology support to individuals at home, online, the local pool, park, or gym.
